What is the World’s Famous Grotto?

The World’s Famous Grotto is the world’s oldest Santa’s Grotto, according to The Guinness Book of World Records, and has been delighting children for over 130 years.

We were founded in Lewis’s Department Store, and when that closed in 2010, we moved to Rapid Hardware, where we stayed until 2017.

We’re now based in Liverpool at St Johns Shopping Centre.
