Location: Liverpool

Description: Act as one of Santa Claus’ Elves – speak to the children and have your photo taken with them.

Necessary skills: Previous acting/entertainment experience, previous experience of working with children, happy and jolly and very outgoing!

Becoming one of Santa’s Elves is a truly magical task. It’s not just about helping children feel at ease with the wonderful experience of seeing Santa, it’s about keeping the spirit of Christmas alive. This means good will, fantastic customer service and making people smile – whatever their query or request.

You’ll be on-hand to talk to the children about the history of the Grotto and the captivating scenes on display. You’ll engage with the families and children by talking about Santa’s reindeer and how you make the toys in Santa’s workshop whilst guiding the children through to Santa’s Grotto. You’ll help Santa to give out gifts to the children and take the most magical photographs which can be bought by the family when they’re guided into our photo store.

Sometimes, you may work at the entrance to the Grotto meeting and greeting guests, other times you may be tasked with taking the children to Santa’s Grotto or working in our special photo store. The role is as diverse as it is magical, which makes it a unique experience for you.
